I joined Pole Attack in early 2019, after moving back to Buckinghamshire following completing my nursing degree in the South West. I started off in Pole before I was persuaded to try Hoop and of course I fell head over heels. The atmosphere and the friendly nature of everyone involved have made me strive to be better and helped me improve myself. I wish to give this gift to you all.

 

I am fully insured and qualified in  Beginners and Intermediate Aerial Hoop (Spin City) alongside this I now also teach Static Trapeze. I have a strong medical background and have completed many life support and first aid courses within my career - I may not be in uniform, but I know what I'm doing. Alongside this, I am also on my way to becoming an Adults and Children Martial Arts Instructor. I'm very spiritual and like to think I bring this into my practice, I am a Reiki Practitioner and love to share energy.

 

I'm a very passionate and intense person but definitely up for having a laugh in class. I would love to see you all in class one day, to share with you the love of aerial sports.
