What's included within your child's course fees? 1. SMALL CLASS SIZES - We never have more than 2x people to a piece of equipment, as we do not believe in overbooking our classes 2. CAN'T MAKE A SESSION? - Makeup sessions in any of our mid-week or Saturday morning classes. If you miss a class for whatever reason, you can make up the missed session within your term time. We allow missed sessions to be transferred over to a new term if the student continues on as a student with us. 3. MULTI COURSE/SIBLING DISCOUNTS - Contact us for information A trapeze is a horizontal bar that is hung by ropes from either one or two rig points. It is an aerial apparatus commonly found in circus performances. Trapeze acts can be static, spinning, swinging, or flying, and may be performed solo or multiple acts. Here at Pole Attack, we perform static or spinning trapeze, which is either known as 'static trapeze' or 'dance trapeze'. Dance trapeze (also known as single-point trapeze) refers to a trapeze commonly used in aerial dance. The ropes of the trapeze are both attached to a single swivel, allowing the trapeze to spin easily. Aerial Silks is one of the most popular aerial disciplines as it requires a high degree of strength, power, flexibility, courage, stamina and grace to practice. You will learn different climbs, wrap your body in beautiful and elegant poses where the silk is positioned around different body parts, or for the more advanced student, you will learn drops. In a drop, you will wrap yourself within the silks before falling Clothing​ Leggings Sports Bra (If needed Vest top or long sleeved top Students will have fun while developing their spatial awareness, coordination, as well as core strength and flexibility. We focus on well-structured classes following our own syllabus, which contains more than a 1000 moves. As we do not allow pay-as-you-go students, this ensures your child receives the best lessons each week, which will focus on their progression. During each term, your child will have a mix of strength building, static holds and dynamic holds, inverts, flexibility within different moves, cardio and routine building. Terms and Conditions Courses, classes and workshops are paid in full and upfront. Once your place is secured, the payment is non-refundable or transferable.
